1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and BZ Esthetics Studio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website, booking platform, and esthetics services.
By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.
2. Services Description
BZ Esthetics Studio provides professional esthetics services including, but not limited to:
- Lash extensions (classic, hybrid, and volume)
- Lash lifts and tints
- Facial treatments (facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels)
- Brow services (waxing, tinting, lamination)
- Body treatments (wood therapy, body contouring)
- Additional beauty enhancement services
All services are performed by licensed estheticians. Service availability, pricing, and duration are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Appointment Booking and Scheduling
3.1 Booking Requirements
To book an appointment, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Deposits
Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts and policies will be clearly communicated during the booking process. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost at the time of your appointment.
3.3 Confirmation
Upon booking, you will receive an email confirmation. Appointment reminders may be sent via email or text message. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
4.1 Client-Initiated Changes
We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
- 24+ hours notice: Your deposit may be applied to a rescheduled appointment within 30 days.
- Less than 24 hours notice: Your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required for future bookings.
- No-show: Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit and may require full prepayment for future services.
4.2 Late Arrivals
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time to accommodate subsequent appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show.
4.3 Company-Initiated Changes
In rare circumstances, we may need to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time, and any deposits will be fully honored.
5. Service Waivers and Consent
5.1 Waiver Requirement
Prior to receiving services, you must complete and sign a service waiver and consent form. This waiver includes important health information, acknowledgment of risks, and consent to treatment. Services cannot be performed without a signed waiver.
5.2 Health Disclosure
You are required to disclose any health conditions, allergies, medications, skin sensitivities, or other factors that may affect the safety or outcome of your services. Failure to provide accurate health information may result in adverse reactions for which the Company cannot be held liable.
5.3 Contraindications
Certain conditions may prevent you from receiving specific services. These include, but are not limited to:
- Active skin infections or irritations
- Recent use of certain medications (e.g., Accutane, retinoids)
- Pregnancy (for certain services)
- Allergies to products or adhesives
- Recent cosmetic procedures in the treatment area
Our estheticians reserve the right to refuse service if contraindications are identified.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor, Stripe.
6.2 Pricing
Service prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time of booking will be honored for that appointment.
6.3 Payment Due
Full payment for services is due at the time of the appointment, unless otherwise arranged. Outstanding balances must be settled before future appointments can be booked.
6.4 Gratuities
Gratuities are appreciated but not required. They may be added at the time of payment.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of esthetics services, refunds are generally not provided once services have been rendered. However, we are committed to your satisfaction:
- Service concerns: If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work with you to address any concerns, which may include complimentary adjustments or corrections.
- Allergic reactions: In the event of an allergic reaction to products used during service, please seek appropriate medical attention and contact us immediately. Documentation may be required for any consideration.
- Product purchases: Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with original receipt.
8. Subscription Services
If you subscribe to any membership or package services:
- Subscriptions are billed automatically according to the billing cycle selected
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
- Unused credits or services do not roll over unless otherwise specified
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
9. Client Conduct
We strive to maintain a professional, respectful, and relaxing environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any client who:
- Engages in disrespectful, abusive, or harassing behavior toward staff or other clients
- Arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Repeatedly fails to show for appointments or cancels with insufficient notice
- Provides false or misleading health information
- Violates any policies or terms outlined herein
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BZ Esthetics Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.
11. Photography and Social Media
With your consent, we may photograph your before and after results for use in our portfolio, website, and social media channels. You may opt out of photography at any time. Any images used will not include identifying information unless you provide explicit written consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- BZ Esthetics Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount you paid for those specific services.
- We are not liable for results that do not meet your expectations if services were performed according to professional standards.
- We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BZ Esthetics Studio, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your provision of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party
14. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any disputes or concerns. Most issues can be resolved through open communication.
